Traditional Greeks: Organizations that are members of either the Panhellenic Council and/or Interfraternity Council.
Residence Halls: Organizations that are members of either Hall Council, RHA, and/or NRHH.
Student Group: To be considered in this category you must be an officially recognized student group by CUSG. Entry must be built entirely by student volunteers and funded either through assistance from CUSG and/or student organization fund raising efforts. No staff or students can be paid for working on the entry.
Community Group: Any organization or business who would like to participate (but does not fit any of the above noted categories) is welcome. While entries in this group are not eligible for prizes, your participation is much appreciated! Non-student groups who wish to participate in the float are required to donate $250 to Homecoming.
Political Candidates: Political Candidates may participate in the parade with the following provisions: NO CU official logos, including Ralphie may be used on float. As an elected official/candidate you MUST be the person participating in the parade, you may not send a representative in your place. Floats must adhere to the all-float size and safety guidelines. NO campaigning is allowed. This includes but is not limited to: distribution of campaign literature and personal contact with the audience of the parade.
